Calcite, Willemite

This is a classic specimen of zinc ore from the Sterling Hill Mine in Ogdensburg, NJ. Calcite fluoresces a brilliant fire engine red. Willemite fluoresces bright green and the non-fluorescent black areas are franklinite.
