This is a two inch piece of scheelite from the Copper Mountain area in central Wyoming. It glows the typical bright scheelite white-blue. Scheelite is a tungsten ore and many small scheelite prospects dot the west. Many were found by prospectors using ultraviolet light as their main prospecting tool.
